Cardinal Coffee Co started from a long-standing dream of owning a business, paired with a shared love for coffee. We’ve always been drawn to coffee and had the opportunity to work in a couple different coffee shops over the years. Starting something together in the coffee world just felt natural.

What began as an idea slowly turned into something real through a lot of hands-on work. Building our coffee cart from scratch was filled with a lot of fun, late nights problem-solving, and plenty of “figure it out” moments along the way.

It started to feel real once we made the final cuts, added the wheels, and began installing the plumbing. Seeing actual progress on something that had only been an idea for so long. From there, Cardinal Coffee Co kept coming together piece by piece through persistence, learning, and a lot of teamwork.

What started as a dream is now something we get to share with others. We hope to serve you soon!
